Recovery Spray - healing intimate care with marigold

Recovery Spray from The Weeks cools, cares and refreshes after childbirth for discomfort, swelling and redness in the intimate area that can occur in connection with childbirth. The spray contains a high concentration of the healing plant extract marigold, which midwives often recommend after childbirth.

Application: The spray is applied several times a day, as needed, directly on the affected areas. It can also be used to make cooling compresses* and dissolved in water as a rinse or sitz bath (1 tbsp. spray for 1 liter of water).

*Cooling compresses: For extra cooling, spray Recovery Spray directly on a postpartum pad. Place the bandages in the refrigerator for a few hours; you can also prepare a small stock before the birth. When the bandages have cooled, you can place them directly in the panties or on your caesarean wound, as needed.

The Weeks was founded in Hamburg in 2021 by Dr. Lea Borgmann. Lea is a health researcher with a focus on women's health. During her own maternity period in 2020, she searched for organic products that brought neither eco-charm nor baby kitsch into the home - and amid thousands of raised fingers and good advice, she could have also used a reminder that she was making good decisions and was a perfectly OK mother.
